Excuse this cheesy headline. I just tried Amy’s vegan mac and cheese with Daiya, and my life is CHANGED. This stuff is delicious. The cheese is smooth and melty, and really cheesy, not cheese-saucy. Dare I say it is better than any “real” mac and cheese. AND it’s gluten-free. Bonus! You can finally find the mac at Whole Foods in Union Square for $4.49. If you’ve seen it elsewhere, do tell!
