The Animal Enterprise Terrorism Act, an awful, evil, should-be-unconstitutional-but-let’s-not-risk-testing-that, bill is up for pre-recess rush approval today in the form of House Resolution 4239 and Senate Bill 3880. The Act goes to extreme lengths of classifying nonviolent acts as terrorism, with an emphasis on protecting the economic interests of animal-using industries.
