Today marks the start of Brooklyn’s 4th annual restaurant week, Dine In Brooklyn 2007. From March 19th through March 30th, thrifty foodies can enjoy discounted meals at various restaurants throughout the borough of Kings. Over 200 participating restaurants are offering three-course meals or two-for-one meals for only $21.12, a number that is either homage to Brooklyn’s zip codes (like the press release says) or is a flimsily disguised attempt to raise the price a bit from last year’s deal of $20.06.
The number of vegan-friendly establishments on the roster is depressingly minimal, but includes Bed-Stuy’s Food 4 Thought and Rice in both Fort Greene and DUMBO. All three spots are offering two-for-one meal deals.

on #Last year I ate successfully at a couple of the Indian places, though I can’t say they were worth recommending.
