Vegan singer/songwriter Ellie Sarty, whose album Top of the Food Chain, is mordant, witty, poignant, and very tuneful is playing in New Paltz, New York, on March 24th. She’s got something old, something borrowed, and I’m sure she’ll sing some of her new stuff. Whatever she does, however, she has a wonderful, bluesy voice, and passion to boot. Here are the details:
