Vegan Treats's Danielle Konya Bakes on The 10! Show

Just you TRY to guess who gave a vegan baking demo on NBC's The 10! Show today. Danielle of Vegan Treats shows us how it's done in this video, in which she bakes Chocolate Peppermint Dreams. Watch her masterfully mix, bake, and frost some festive confections. Also, watch the hosts cut her off as she succinctly describes the environmental and animal-related advantages to eating vegan.

I am intrigued by her use of Tofutti sour cream, Ener-G egg replacer, and the delicate way she avoids palm oil. Oh, just GIVE ME THAT COOKIE. Danielle, you got it goin ON.

Wow, their player sucks. Choppy choppy choppy.

    Go Danielle! Awesome.

What a funny example of "healthy" food. But I guess even the least healthy vegan baked goods are healthy compared to their animal equivalents.

Their player really does suck, but Danielle is still my hero.
