"Wings are for Flying" hoodie
Not only is the site sporting a more colorful/less Emo look, but they've also got tons of new stuff. I'm in love with their new zip-up "Wings are for Flying not Frying" hoodie with a sweet lil' bird on the wrist. They've also got a new "Keep Singing" design that's been printed on an organic t-shirt using an eco-friendly process, which I imagine will be an hit with the crunchysexycool ladies at the coop and general lovers of cuteness alike. The same design is also available on a sleek black jogger jacket too. My favorite design "Liberate Protect Avenge", which debuted on a t-shirt this Summer, is now available on a kangaroo pocketed hoodie.
But Josh Hooten and the rest of the Herbivore team weren't content to just stop at t-shirts and hoodies, my friends. They've expanded their online shop selection to include a well-curated assortment of cookbooks and books on animal rights, wallets, gift certificates that can be used at both their real world store front and online shop, and squirrel paraphernalia.
Okay, I'm kidding about the squirrel paraphernalia, but other than that they've got just about everything I want...er, I mean, everything a person could want...for Christmas. Did I mention I'm a size medium and that I love you? (Mom, you're reading this, right?)
Update: Purchase the Compassion Over Killling Super Combo (which contains the "Keep Singing" tee and 5 coordinating note cards printed on recycled paper) for $35 and all of the profits go to the super awesome DC-based animal advocacy group.
