The Catty Wagon experienced technical difficulties and did not make it to the Slope today. Apologies to anyone who was out looking for it (including me—at least it was a nice day!). Still, check out the site for potential adoptees, and if you can, make a donation of cash or Muffin’s Spay/Neuter Certificates.
In the market for a furry new friend? Kensington Kitties’ “Catty Wagon” will make its inaugural journey this Sunday and be parked on Seventh Avenue near Carroll and Garfield, sometime from around noon to five.
Climb aboard the gray-and-white school bus, and “sit, pet and chat” with potential new roommates, says KK’s head honcho, cat rescuer Jenny McGuire. (McGuire’s a vegan, which is unfortunately a rarity in the rescue community.) All the kitties have had their shots, been spayed/neutered and tested for FIV/FeLV, etc. All you need to bring is a cat carrier and $100, cash or check.
