“Spiderman” puts his ethics where his mouth is.
I spotted Leonardo DiCaprio, Lukas Haas, Tobey Maguire, and his wife and baby having brunch at Candle Cafe yesterday. It was very exciting to see a spokesman for the environmental movement “walking the walk” and eating at a vegan restaurant.
It might do some good for that other well-known environmental spokesman (the one with cattle rancher lineage) to dine at Candle when he’s in town. Could only help his credibility with hard-core environmentalists… and his waistline!
