Moo-Free is holding pastry classes this Saturday in Long Island City.
From 9am to 1pm, Part 1 teaches the basics, from proper measuring to how to take traditional cakes and make them nondairy. Part 1 culminates with Vanilla Crunch Cake, Brownies, and Brazilian Doughnuts.
In Part 2, from 1-5 pm, participants will bake Pineapple Upside Down Cake, Marble Cake, and Chocolate Chip Cookies.
