New York Magazine’s blog Daily Intelligencia Jesse Oxfeld and Michael Idov “angered the vegans” with their snarky bit about the New York Times piece on the burgeoning haute vegan couture industry; they posted some of the ensuing hate mail on the site. And Gawker nominates non-veg The Bloodless Revolution author Tristam Stuart for the “vegan hot” category due to their sketchy reporting – but they add a vegans tag with its own RSS feed in the process.
The NYC blogosphere is dripping wet with veganism! How can they deny the hotness? Clearly it’s jealousy: who’d want to post work-safe pictures of celebrities’ vaginae all day when you could be posting hot little cupcakes? Don’t let the dour tone make you squirm with “self-righteous” anger: just think of those sweet cupcakes.
