Yay for new veggie restaurants!
Red Bamboo will be opening a Williamsburg location in the next few months! So, pretty soon all you hipsters and yupsters will really have no reason to fret when the L train breaks down. Maybe it will be as awesome as the Fort Greene location! Red Bamboo will join Williamsburg veterans Bliss and Foodswings, and fellow Williamsburg newcomers Kate’s (opened Sep ’06) and Wild Ginger (opened Nov ’06) in opening new Brooklyn locations.
Zen Palate will be opening a new Financial District location in March 2007. The restaurant will be at 104 John Street between Cliff and Pearl. A New Jersey location at the Princeton Shopping Center will open April 2007 and in May 2007, a Los Angeles location will open as well at 36 E. Colorado Blvd in Pasadena. Sounds like the Zen Palate folks will be quite busy in the next months! Zen Palate’s downtown location will be joining Little Lad’s Basket in the area, which opened last year.
