Organic veggies and things! Give ‘em to me!
Only FOUR HOURS-ISH remain to get in on today’s Groupon: $25 for $50 worth of OrganicDirect produce (one per household, good till 4/23). I sheepishly admit to having shopped at FreshDirect more than once, and hey, it’s been fine, but BOXES EVERYWHERE. I’ve never used OrganicDirect, but they seem to have a bunch of vegan products, and I’m more OK with supporting a convenience food store with at least slightly above-average ethics, even if they seem to be a little more ‘spensive. What’s it like, experienced online food-shoppers? Do they come on time? Do they bring the right stuff? Do they use boxes like they grow on trees? (Are you just totally grossed out by the idea of online food-shopping/supermarket agriculture?) Tell me ’cause I need to know in the next 3 hours and 43 minutes! Please and thank you!
