Defend the right of this guy to not be forced to portray a lawyer.

Are you a lawyer or in law school? Or maybe you just like to hit on people who are? Either way, get thee down to NYC Bar Panel on Animal Advocacy next Wednesday evening.

Our own Patrick Kwan (who is now day-jobbing at the Humane Society) will be a member of a panel featuring City Council Member Gale Brewer, Humane Society Counsel Carter Dillard, John Phillips of the League of Humane Voters, and chaired by Jane Hoffman of the NYC Bar Committee on Legal Issues Pertaining to Animals.

The event is free (I assume) and open to the public. Registration recommended. Details: Wednesday, March 5th from 6:30 – 8:30pm at the New York City Bar Association, Stimson Room, 42 West 44th Street. No word either way about snacks.
