PETA Bares In Denver

In protest of Burberry’s persistent use of fur, PETA members in Denver, Colo. are set to face the winter chill today wearing the famous banner—“We’d Rather Go Naked Than Wear Fur”—and nothing else. Other PETA members will pass out leaflets while presenting PETA’s fur farm exposé with narration by Stella McCartney telling shoppers how animals suffer and die to become part of a Burberry coat.

If you’re in the Denver area:

Date: Thursday, February 15
Time: 12 noon
Place: Burberry, Cherry Creek Mall, East Entrance on S. Steele Street

PETA member Elizabeth Tang says, “I’ll gladly bare my skin if it will help save animals’ skins. Even in the 21st century—with so many stylish, comfortable alternatives to fur—Burberry is still supporting one of the most hideous industries on the planet.”
