I just got an email about the most awesome PETA2 Street Team Mission to date! I must quote:

Have you ever thought to yourself, “Gee, I sure wish I could show KFC exactly what I think of it with a simple hand gesture!” Well, now’s your chance. This month, PETA2 is “giving KFC the bird,” and we need your help.

Considering that KFC is responsible for the suffering of more than 850 million chickens every year, it’s no wonder that so many people are angry at the fast-food giant. We want you to let KFC know exactly what you think of its animal-abusing ways with a simple one-finger salute. So, grab a friend and a digital camera or camera phone, and head out to give your local KFC “the bird” (your middle finger, that is).

One part “art” activism, one part bad-ass teenage gangsta action, and two parts catharsis, this is the perfect mission!
