Here’s a great way to celebrate Earth Day: There’s a benefit for Earth First! Journal in their hometown of Tucson this weekend. It involves pies. Lots and lots of vegan pies. Over 100 vegan pies, in flavors such as pecan, peach and banana cream. And it’s an all-you-can-eat affair. I’d fly down there for it, but that’s not a very nice thing to do on Earth Day.

   I been a vegan for several years now, and sometimes it gets a little hard to find people who cares about animas the way I do. I live in Tucson, Arizona and its kind of hard to find places to eat with vegan options.
   I am so glad that we have this type of events, so we are able to meet people with our same morals.
