Food, Ethics, and the Environment will be held at Princeton University on November 16 & 17. Conference topics range from locally grown and organic foods, the effects of industrial food production and global warming, to how our food choices affect animals and what universities, amongst other institutions, ought to do about it.

Panels, presentations and discussion will include speakers such as Peter Singer, Eric Schlosser, and Paul Shapiro. Registration is free, but required. If you’re from NYC, you can buy a round trip bus ticket at Port Authority for $16.60 and it will take you there in about 90 minutes. Buses leave every half hour.
