Spend the night before the biggest night of the year with us at Vegan Drinks NYC on Thursday, December 30th from 7pm to 9pm at Angels & Kings Bar in Manhattan’s East Village.

Not only will you get a chance to hang out with some wonderful folks, but every purchase you make in the bar (remember, the kitchen serves vegan bar snacks!) will benefit the Food Empowerment Project (FEP), my favorite organization working to raise awareness of real food justice issues (e.g., animal rights, workers’ rights, environmental racism).

In addition to donating a portion of the bar sales to FEP, December’s Vegan Drinks NYC will be a drop-off location for Animal Care and Control’s Holiday Pet Supply Drive. Bring us your blankets and towels, cat litter, hard rubber dog toys, cat toys, pet beds, etc., and we’ll get them to AC&C’s headquarters in record time.
