There’s lots of scientific research that shows a vegan diet is successful in treating diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, arthritis, migraines, acne and many other dreadful health conditions, but what good is research without the narrative of a flesh and bones person who has experienced first-hand the truths that research reveals? Well, research is just as good without it, actually, but for some reason personal stories are the money shots the media craves. So, let’s give them what they want!
