The best part of Thanksgiving
We’ve had a few requests for information. Any vegan events happening on Thanksgiving?
Miharu recommends Native Foods for Californians. Here in NYC, plenty of vegan restaurants are having specials; Candle Cafe and Candle 79 have posted Thanksgiving menus that look delicious. Blossom‘s got a menu here, and Counter‘s is here (PDF).
I’m sure plenty of other places have Thanksgiving specials, though they’ve not all been wise enough to post their menus online.
So what else is going on for vegans on Thanksgiving? Post your recommendations here, for NYC or anywhere else.

on #Angelica Kitchen, Foodswings, Red Bamboo, Red Bamboo Brooklyn, and Vegetarian’s Paradise 2 will be serving Thanksgiving specials as well. All of them are happy to wrap their specials for takeouts for you to enjoy with your friends and family. Call them to find out details about their specials and advance reservations are highly recommended!

on #Curly’s Vegetarian Lunch will also be having a Thanksgiving feast; I’ll probably ask them for a side of their Curly fries–no meal there is complete without them.

on #Caravan of Dreams has two special menus for Thanksgiving, one raw and the other cooked! I think I remember the cooked menu being $50 everything included.
