UK chef Giorgio Locatelli does a column answering readers’ holiday food questions. AJ Clarke of Glasgow asks what to feed a vegan guest.
Locatelli manages to fit more condescension than you’d imagine possible into a three paragraph response, including a suggestion to shoot the vegan before she arrives. But this took the cake:
She shouldn’t be sick of salads. That’s what vegan people eat!
Someone out there care to correct him? You’d think a chef would know better.
