The folks at Grist Magazine bring our attention to this hilarious missive from the Office of Intelligence (sic) and Analysis at the US Department of Homeland Security, titled Preventing Attacks by Animal Rights Extremists and Eco-Terrorists.

The “attacks” in question include – “organizing protests,” “flyer distribution,” “inundating computers with e-mail causing them to crash,” “tying up company phone lines to prevent legitimate calls,” and my favorite, “sending continuous faxes in order to drain the ink supply from company fax machines.”
