on #FYI to all – found ample samples of Dr. Cow cheese at Westerly Natural Market (alot of the other listed places were out of stock.) Don’t know if it melts or all…but…dang! The stuff tastes like real aged cheese. (Of course, it’s also relatively expensive, but definitely worth the one time taste at least…)
