Jessica Simpson was recently photographed at LAX wearing a t-shirt proclaiming “Real Girls Eat Meat.” It must be all that meat that makes her so smart! Apparently the shirt is an attempt to retaliate against PETA’s “World’s Sexiest Vegetarian” two-time winner Carrie Underwood for various incredibly enlightened reasons… or something.

Thankfully, Russell Simmons stepped up to the plate and did a recent interview on CNN’s American Morning about why he avoids animal products. So it’s no wonder that USA Today named him one of the “Top 25 Most Influential People of the Past 25 Years,” calling him a “hip-hop pioneer” for his groundbreaking vision that has influenced music, fashion, finance, television and film, as well as the face of modern philanthropy.

So who’s the better role model for kids? You be the judge.

   Jessica Simpson is so pathetic. She will do anything for attention. I’m sure Carrie is going to rethink the reasons why she went veggie because of that lame t-shirt. lol

   I ran into Russel Simmons at Viva Herbal recently. He ate three slices of pizza and was explaining to some dude that they were all the vegan stuff they had.

   Man, I really want to love Russell Simmons but he does NOT live a vegan life. His office is filled with overstuffed leather furniture and he wears leather shoes, drives a car with leather interior…
