Trader Joe’s has just opened the doors of its NYC location today. The large grocery store is just a couple blocks east of SuperVegan headquarters and the also massive and relatively new (it opened last Spring), Whole Foods. I’m looking forward to some of the Whole Foods crowd redirecting themselves to TJ’s. Hopefully I’ll finally be able to score soy creamer and coffee for the office in less than an hour and leave without bruises on the backs of my ankles caused by yuppies pushing carts full of organic chicken breasts.
