Veg Blog makes the baggage for the trip to vegan lighter!

These tips are worth remembering.

These tips are worth remembering.

Being a fledgling vegan in a world where animal products loom nearly everywhere can be scary. The sages at Veg Blog have been awesome enough to share their wisdom by creating a concise, nuts-and-bolts label reading tip sheet for beginners.

My favorite tip is to check the cholestrol–if a product has any then it’s certainly not vegan. It took me months to figure that one out when I first began this crazy trip towards veganism!

Personally, I find the ideas in this guide a whole lot more practical than constantly referencing the ginormous list of animal ingredients (which is worth looking over once, but definitely isn’t entirely memorable– or portable). Share the tip sheet with your vegan buddy and help hasten her learning curve today!
