The fourth Vegan Drinks event will be tomorrow at Angels & Kings bar in the East Village. Every month, we have more and more people and more and more fun. Come by, have some cheap drinks and meet lots of great people (including most of Team SuperVegan).

We’re trying something new this month: Shout Outs! Starting around 8pm, we’ll turn down the music and encourage people to promote themselves, their groups and/or causes for 30 seconds. If you represent a veg*n or animal rights group, come prepared with your spiel and literature!

   It was awesome (as always). Every month we have more people, but it still never got uncomfortably crowded. The shout-outs went well–quick and to the point, and helped people connect.

   I’m not sure there was much photography going on this time, though. We need to up the documentation!
