Food porn lovers rejoice: Citysearch has an awesome new website called Veggie Thing! The superadorable niche food search site focuses on “Vegan Eats for Food Lovers” and features user-generated photos and reviews of the tastiest dishes at restaurants in major U.S. cities, including New York City.

There isn’t much on there now since they recently launched but that’s all the more reason to visit and submit your own content. (It’s so easy!) Five site entries will get you “Dictator Status.” Current Veggie Thing dictators include our friends Melisser at The Urban Housewife, Kris Holchek of Nom! Nom! Nom!, and Jess at Let’s Get Sconed.

I hereby officially resign from calling CitySearch “Shittysearch.”

   Nah, it’s still shittysearch over on citysearch. They’ve now removed “vegetarian” and “vegan” from their cuisine search options. The powers-that-be must have decided to give the vegans their own website so they didn’t have to co-mingle.
