We only had the teaser before, but now you can watch (in two parts) the entirety of CNBC’s “Business Nation” segment “A Puff Piece,” all about the Emes Kosher-Jel saga, the downfall of Vegan Supreme, and Sweet & Sara‘s phoenix act. It’s an informative piece, and doesn’t treat veganism as wacky or unreasonable (not really a given in the mainstream media). This high-profile exposure could also ruin a lot of teenage girls’ Memorial Day weekends; so many casual vegetarians are blissfully unaware that marshmallows are animal-based.

on #i think most people (including vegetarians) know that marshmallows come from gelatin, they just continue to eat them because its not a piece of meat on their plate. hopefully knowing about vegetarian marshmallows can change this!
