The League of Humane Voters has posted a bunch of great photos from yesterday’s rally to save East Village institution the Whole Earth Bakery. (Read the backstory.)

   i went and thought it the best tasting rally i have ever been to. i wish they organizers had a more concrete action plans for us to do. it was great hearing rev. billy and the choir. really, the food was so good, it got me thinking how much this cafe needs to stay open.

   I was there too, and sorry but to be honest the Only Great speakers was John Phillips and Peter!
