DawnWatch directed us to a recent article in USA Today, “Foes see foie gras as fat target.” It seems Philly may join Chicago and California in banning foie gras as soon as this Fall. On May 25, Philadelphia city councilman Jack Kelly introduced legislation to ban the cruel cuisine.
