First time posting, I hope this is the right forum for this?
Hi all, my name is Darrin and last year my wife Jo and I went to New York for the first time. As vegan since our 20’s ( we are now in our early 40’s) New York was fantastic.
For us, Melbourne is the capital of Vegan everything in the Southern Hemisphere, but NY is Vegan heaven.
On our very first day we discovered what we came to refer to as our Bible, The Vegans Guide to New York City.
We visited Candle 79 twice, ate Vegan Pizza, dined at Blossom, had lunch at Bonobos, and Caravan of Dreams , munched at Baby Cakes and finally had the BEST meal ever at Pure food and wine.
What we would really love to do now is return for another visit.
We wondered if anyone was interested in house swapping for 10 -14 days (or negotiable)?
We live very close to everything ( Yarraville - 10 mins to the city on the train, ) offer the use of our car, have a Log Cabin in the Australian bush that is 1hrs drive from Melbourne ( Blackwood, Victoria) and are both professional working couple ( I’m a primary School teacher).
