So, for years I bought the UnTurkey -- always hated the Tofurkey -- and a couple of years ago they discontinued it, so I've been going without. But this year, I'm really in the mood for a turkey Thanksgiving.
So, I bought some "smoked turkey" from May Wah, but it comes in this big frozen block and has no instructions on how to cook it. I want to it be juicy and crispy and delicious.
Any thought or suggestions?? Thanks!
