- I love the grocery selection at LT so I was excited to try the buffet. I got mixed roasted vegetables and BBQ tofu. The vegetables weren't roasted, they were grilled until limp, but some pieces were still raw in the middle. The tofu was so weird, it literally tasted like farts, I don't know how else to describe it. I hate to trash someplace that caters so much to vegans and even has a vegan bakery (which I haven't tried), but seriously this food was disgusting. And it cost $6.75 for 2 pieces of tofu and a small side of vegetables. Maybe other food they have is good, but the farty tofu was so gag-inducing that I'm never eating their prepared food again.

- I'm always a bit shocked by how much I end up paying for food here (maybe I gravitate towards heavy food?), and yet I keep coming back..
The food is really tasty - especially the cold bar / salad section. All the dishes have the ingredients listed, taking the guesswork out of figuring which are vegan. (From my experience, nearly everything is fine. They do, however, tend to have a meat dish in the hot section - this sort of baffles me given that the rest of buffet food is generally vegan as is Lifethyme's bakery. The bakery's right next to the food bar and they have lots of vegan cookies, pies, etc.)
