- I love this place! The vegetarian/vegan items are clearly labeled and the food has a wonderful home-cooked taste that always hits the spot. I especially loved the curry tofu and the vegetarian pasteles appetizers are a must! The recent renovation gives it a more upscale look but the atmosphere is relaxed and inviting.

- The veg entrees here are all pretty similar, but tasty stuff, and reasonable prices for the amount of food you get. The new space is much improved, and the owner says live music is upcoming. Fulton Street sucks a little less every day.

- There's nothing fancy about Joloff, but the people are friendly and the food is good. More homey than gourmet, but unless you cook a lot of Senegalese food at home, well worth a visit.
