- I'm in this neighborhood a lot and like to go to cafe angelique for coffee (they coffee is great - they make a great soy au lait!) and occasionally one of the vegan muffins they carry from sensible edibles. They also carry the yummy vegan cookies from the PMS Cookie company. The lunch options for vegans are super slim - they have one vegan sandwich, and it's essentialy whole grain bread stuffed with a ton of lettuce and a few skimpy avocado slices. They could definitely do better in this regard.
