  • Review by tvpow on August 16, 2008:

  • On the day my partner and I visited Pie by the Pound they had three vegan pizzas (out of a total of nine or so, all served by the slice, cafeteria-style). We tried two of them and found both to be very tasty. The owner/manager was on-hand and was very interested in what we had to say, asking how the pies could be improved. The pizzas are thin crust and, as the name of the restaurant implies, are sold by weight. We ate well and had a beer and a bottled water for around $18, including tip. The decor is nothing fancy, but adequate for a pizza joint. If we're in the area again we'll go back.
