Vegetarian dim sums are clearly labeled. All steamed dumplings, as well as the vegetarian dim sum platter, are vegan. Ask waiters regarding other dishes. Three dipping sauces are on your table when you sit down, the only one that is vegan is the ginger and scallions - the others are made with fish sauce and dried sea animals.
