- I brave the Van Wyck during rush hour to get here. While their Queens location doesn't compare to the old Brooklyn location, you can forgive the lack of seating once you get your combo-meal-to-go and sink your teeth into amazing BBQ ribs, curry chickpeas, buffalo drumsticks, etc. A small serving will feed you for two days.
I typically don't bother with the patties since they're not spiced as well as the hot food.
Oh, and do yourself a favor and get a smoothie while you're there. Or at least a ginger beer.

- This is the first vegeterian restaurant I ever tried, it is worth being a vegan once you try the food, you will never want to stop going. The food has a great homemade caribeen taste to it. The staff is friendly. The have every shake for whatever promblem you have, my favorite meal is Ginger soy and my shake Is heal the body. There great!

- Keep in mind that there is literally one chair in the place so it is only take-out. That said I do go there often and get a small which comes with two veggies and a protein. I vary on what I get each time and I always get some kind of patty. Their patties are awesome, though I dislike the "fish" patty.
The staff is always friendly and if they are making a smoothie for someone they will always give me a small taste of every smoothie.
I love Veggie Castle II
