- it looks like this place closed down and was replaced by some very non-vegan-friendly french-african fusion type place. for really, really delicious sri lankan food, try sigiri on 1st ave between 5th and 6th. try the aapa (rice hoppers--order without egg) with spicy coconut sambal and the dhal. it is amazing. it is one of my favorite restaurants in the city. and its byo!
