Notes:

Juice and smoothie bar with mostly vegan menu. They use agave! They offer a selection of about 6-8 rotating organic soups a day-- mostly of which are vegan (including butternut squash that uses soy milk instead of cream). They also have a few pre-made salads and sandwiches which are vegan. Strawberry Peach muffin is vegan too.
