- I never dined when this was called Kush Cafe, but in December 2010 it reopened as Hill Cafe. It is a cute little neighborhood place with friendly, attentive service. I was particularly impressed that the chef was very knowledgeable about and happy to discuss the vegan-ness of the items on the menu. I had a dish called Crisp Tofu which was delicious. There were a few other vegan options on the menu that I have yet to try, including a vegetable tagine.
My dining companion (who is a chef) enjoyed his roast chicken dish. Based on that, plus what people are saying on Yelp, it seems like our omnivorous friends will be pleased as well.
I have not been back for brunch, but look forward to it. The menu includes a tofu scramble, vegetarian panini, and a grilled vegetarian sausage. Haven't verified the vegan-ness of the brunch items, but am confident they will be accommodating.
I also give a thumbs up to the beer/wine/cocktail menu.

- Kush does indeed indicate vegan options on their delicious delicious menu. My roommate and I both agreed - for the price, you cannot beat the generous and wonderfully prepared food! This place is a favorite!
