- it is great that it is so close to my house and I have been going ever so often (2 to 3 times a week). tried almost all the dishes and I can say vegan joy is probably my favorite.
the only thing I am not happy is that the portion is so small. food taste very good but it is not enough (and I don't eat a much) even last time I went with my sister it was disappointingly little.
not sure if I'll be going anytime soon.

- It is so nice to have a place like Loving Hut within walking distance of work. I used to wonder what a vegan girl like me was supposed to do in the Penn Station area for lunch. No more! Loving hut has great food. The Loving Hut burger is for you if you are a fake meat lover. I'm more of a veggie lover, and for the the special that they have most days, the Vegan Burger is perfect. Seriously good, crispy, veggie filled burger. They have many other great things like the curry. Get it over udon noodles. Good and super filling. The quesadillas are pretty good. My friend once got a chocolate chip cookie that they made and said that was yummy, too. Their sandwiches and burgers are huge making them a good deal for the money. And it's totally vegan! How nice is that! The place is tiny, though. Just a warning.

- This place is a sleeper-you don't expect much going in but it will surprise you in the best way. We tried dumplings, salad burger and pasta; every dish was a winner. Super cheap, and excellent food. I plan to be a regular.

- I went here today for the first time, and I can definitely say that I'm going to become a regular customer. The service is so friendly, and the food is way better than you'd expect at first glance. The space is tiny and it gives the impression of a fast-food/take-out place. The food is fresh and tasty, however. My omnivore friend and I each ordered a protein quesadilla and were both blown away.

- Visited the Loving Hut on a very cold day. The owners were so nice and gave us hot tea for free while we read the menu. We had delicious Lentil Soup with veggies followed by mushroom and "chicken" quesedillas. Came with a side of salad. We had some cookies for dessert.
The place is not fully decorated yet and I don't think the menu is completed as it's not the big one at the other restaurants in the chain. But everyone is super nice and the food was yummy. Service was fast and courteous. The place is small. When it gets popular, it will fill up fast.
Great to have a 100% vegan, sugar-free place right near Macys and JC Penney with very reasonable prices. Please support them. We need more places like this.

- International chain Loving Hut has made its way to New York. The owners were extremely kind and requested feedback on their food. I had the spinach quesadilla and was fortunate enough to sample their dumplings. They offer a basic menu w/ soups, sandwiches, and a slew of appetizers. This is a cozy little establishment in a neighborhood with few veggie restaurants-go and support them!
