Bread-A is an organic Chinese vegetarian /vegan organic bakery restaurant featuring vegetarian Chinese food plus a vegan hot dog, fruit salad & vegan burger from the restaurant and custom made vegan birthday cakes, breads, vegan (with sugarless option) cookies, muffins, chinese buns, and mooncakes (some of which they sell at the Queens Health Emporium)from the bakery.

- The food there is pretty good
- though definately more on the vegetarian side than vegan (so they still use eggs in a couple of their ingredients) so always be sure to ask for the vegan substitute!
Even though you have to be somewhat wary of the fake meat and baked goods (some faked meat still does contain milk product - as we all know) it still has plenty of options. And even provides birthday/occasional cakes that can be made vegan!
Small - but cozy with staff willing to help - it's a nice little place to kinda get something on the run or quick.
