Label themselves as 100% vegan organic, kosher, gluten-free, raw juice bar, but whey protein is listed on menu, so check other powders. They make their own almond, cashew, brazil nut, and walnut butters. Smoothies can be made with a choice of agave, yacon, stevia, or maple syrup sweetners, homemade hemp, almond, cashew and walnut milks and hard to find ingredients at smoothie places such as avocado, raw cacao, blue green algae and more!
