- Stopped in at 3 Brothers today in Rockville Center... They have an entirely separate vegan menu which is pretty impressive!
My intentions where to get some pizza, but once I saw they had vegan calzones I was sold on that.. Mine was stuffed with daiya, vegan ricotta, and grilled seitan.. It took about 15 minutes because it was clearly made fresh, including the grilling of the seitan.. Was served with marinara and came to $10.05 with a bottle of water.
I will definitely be back here next time I am in the area.. One of the workers seemed to be eating a vegan chicken dish that was on a "bone" (stick)... Looked real good!
